Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unassembled.
  • Items must be in the same condition as received.
  • All original packaging and contents must be included.
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Please contact us before returning any item.

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after return authorization.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the final item in your order.

Customers must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of their decision.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned goods are received or proof of return is provided.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made products
  • Special-order products
  • Parts selected, packed, or prepared specifically for a customer
  • Opened loose parts bags
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Gift cards

Because many orders contain individually selected building block parts, certain products may not be eligible for return once they have been picked, packed, sorted, or opened.


Damages, Missing Parts, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • Missing parts
  • Incorrect parts
  • Damaged parts
  • Manufacturing defects

please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the issue
  • Part numbers when available

One-Year After-Sales Support

We provide one-year after-sales support from the date the package is marked as delivered.

Support may include:

  • Replacement parts
  • Replacement products
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

The solution provided will depend on the specific circumstances.


After-Sales Support Limitation

Our one-year after-sales support period begins on the date the package is marked as delivered by the carrier.

After one year from the delivery date, after-sales support may still be available at our discretion; however, free replacement parts, refunds, exchanges, store credit, or product replacements are no longer guaranteed.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

If an order is cancelled at the customer’s request before shipment, any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

If cancellation is necessary because of our error, including inventory shortages or fulfillment issues, a full refund will be issued.


Exchanges

Because most products sold on JoyGoBricks consist of individually selected building block parts, exchanges are generally not available.

If you receive incorrect or defective items, please contact us and we will provide an appropriate solution.
