How long will it take to ship the order out?
The processing time will be taken 2-5 working days.

What kinds of delivery methods do we offer?
We utilize specialized shipping with fast delivery and full tracking capabilities. Delivery times are as follows:
- 5 to 15 days to the US
- 4 to 17 days to all European countries
- 7 to 19 days to Australia
- 6 to 18 days to Canada
- 3 to 20 days to Asian countries.

What’s the policy for VAT?
European VAT is already included in our price. Other countries' customs duties are not included.

How much will I have to pay for shipping?
The shipping cost depends on the weight of your order.

What if I don’t receive my package after a long time and the shipping status has not been updated for a long time?
We will arrange a reshipment if you don’t receive your package after 45 days (starting from the day the tracking information gets online).

Wrong or Missing Parts
There are a huge variety of parts in the store, so the difficulty of distribution and storage is large. If there is a mismatch, please contact us directly to get a solution.
For missing or damaged parts, we will send them to you for free.
